Exceeded my expectations

The onboarding process was well structured and saved our team a lot of time. The workflow automation saved us a good chunk of time on repetitive tasks. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.

Really disappointed given what I paid for this. Expected much better for the price. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Started off okay but went downhill pretty fast. Would not recommend based on my experience. Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them.
