We believe in transparency. Reviews are displayed with dates, and our review guidelines are publicly available. Businesses can respond to reviews publicly, fostering open dialogue.
We prohibit harassment, intimidation, threats, and any form of abuse on the Platform. Users who engage in such behaviour may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed.
