"Platform" refers to the Adore Review website and all associated services. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform. "Business" refers to any organisation listed or claiming a profile on the Platform. "Reviewer" refers to any user submitting a review on the Platform.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Businesses must be legally authorised to represent the organisation they claim or list.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Reviews submitted to the Platform must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or defamatory content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our Review Guidelines or these Terms.
By submitting a review, you grant Adore Review a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and use the review in connection with the Platform.
Businesses may claim or be listed on the Platform. Business profiles must contain accurate and current information. We reserve the right to verify business ownership before granting profile control. Businesses may respond to reviews in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
You agree not to: (a) submit false or incentivised reviews; (b) manipulate ratings or review counts; (c) harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (e) attempt to bypass our verification systems; (f) scrape or data-mine the Platform without authorisation; (g) upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operation.
The Adore Review name, logo, design, and platform code are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-generated content remains the property of its author subject to the licence granted in Section 5.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Your interactions with third-party sites are solely between you and the third party.
Adore Review Everything LTD provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adore Review Everything LTD, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Platform itself.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
