Our Standards for Authentic Reviews

Adore Review is built on trust. The following guidelines ensure that reviews remain authentic, fair, and helpful for everyone using the Platform.

1. Be Authentic

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences with the business. Do not submit reviews for businesses you own, work for, or have a personal relationship with. Incentivised reviews (reviews exchanged for payment, discounts, or favours) are not permitted.

2. Be Relevant

Your review should relate to your direct experience with the business, including the quality of products or services, customer service, and overall satisfaction. Reviews focused on matters outside the business's control may be removed.

3. Be Respectful

Keep your review constructive and respectful. Do not use offensive language, personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism should be fair and specific, not abusive.

4. Be Accurate

Provide accurate information about your experience. Do not exaggerate, misrepresent, or include false claims. Reviews containing verifiably false information will be removed.

5. No Conflicts of Interest

Do not review your own business, your employer, competitors, or businesses where you have a vested interest. Businesses must not pressure customers or employees to submit positive reviews.

6. Privacy Matters

Do not include personal information such as full names of employees (unless public figures), addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other private details in your review.

7. Consequences of Violations

Reviews that violate these guidelines may be rejected, removed, or flagged. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent banning from the Platform.
