Community Guidelines

Building a Respectful Community

Adore Review is a community where people share honest experiences to help each other make informed decisions. These guidelines help maintain a constructive, respectful, and helpful environment for everyone.

1. Be Constructive

Share your experience in a way that helps others. Describe what happened, what you appreciated, and what could be improved. Constructive feedback is valuable for both consumers and businesses.

2. Be Respectful

Treat others with respect, even when sharing negative experiences. Personal attacks, name-calling, harassment, and hate speech are not tolerated. Disagree constructively and focus on the experience, not the person.

3. Be Honest

Your review should reflect your genuine experience. Do not exaggerate, fabricate, or misrepresent. Honest reviews — both positive and negative — help the community make better decisions.

4. Be Relevant

Keep your review focused on the products, services, and experience relevant to the business. Off-topic content, personal grievances unrelated to the business, and promotional content may be removed.

5. Protect Privacy

Do not share personal information about yourself or others, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other private details. Respect the privacy of employees and other customers.

6. Business Responses

Business owners are welcome to respond to reviews professionally. Responses should address the reviewer's concerns, provide context, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. Defensive or argumentative responses are discouraged.

7. Reporting Issues

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the reporting feature on the Platform. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

8. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the Platform. We reserve the right to take action proportional to the severity and frequency of the violation.
