A step up from competitors

Simple interface that did not need a manual. Exactly what I was looking for. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Frustrating experience

The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Appalling experience

Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. Support could not resolve the issues we faced. Useless. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Not even functional

Everything broke within the first hour. Unacceptable quality. Too many issues to ignore unfortunately. Really wanted this to work but it just did not. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
