About what I expected

The learning curve was steeper than I would have liked. Gets better after that. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Zero stars if possible

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Works fine for basic needs but power users will probably get frustrated. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
