Unacceptable quality

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Made my life harder

Seems like they rushed this to market before it was ready. Avoid if you value your time. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
