Has strengths and weaknesses

Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Terrible all around

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Things that should be simple took way too much effort. Very frustrating overall.

Could not be worse

Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
