Abject failure

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option.

Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
