Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Does not disappoint

The feature set covers our needs with room to grow. Good value proposition all round. We migrated data over the weekend and it was seamless. Great experience. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Nothing but regret
