Total waste of effort

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Works but has quirks

Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Setup was a breeze

Collaboration features worked well for our remote team across different time zones. Got this for our small team and it fits like a glove. Everyone seems happy with it. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.

Extremely let down

Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
