Abject failure

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices.

Would look elsewhere

Started off okay but went downhill pretty fast. Would not recommend based on my experience. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times.

Could not get it to work properly

Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
