Avoid if you can

Things that should be simple took way too much effort. Very frustrating overall. Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

User management was a nightmare to configure. Nothing worked as documented. Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Good in theory but the execution has some kinks to work out. A few too many hiccups for my liking. But I have definitely seen worse. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.
