Glad we finally switched

The interface is clean without being too sparse. Good balance. Customer support responded quickly when we had a minor question. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Not fit for purpose

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Simple interface that did not need a manual. Exactly what I was looking for. Navigation felt intuitive right from the start.

Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option.
