Terrible experience

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Has its ups and downs

The team likes it but we have hit several frustrating limitations. Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable.

Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though. The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized.
