Would not touch again

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Could not get basic integrations to work properly. Everything was a struggle.

One of the worst I have tried

Could not get the basic setup to work properly. Gave up in the end. Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option. Order sync failed multiple times causing fulfillment delays.

Room for improvement

The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. The documentation could use some work. Had to figure some things out myself. Integration with our store had a few hiccups.
