Good start, weak finish

Some parts are great, others feel unfinished. An average experience overall. Works reliably for core tasks but edge cases cause issues. Order management works but some features are clunky.

Sadly a disappointment

Really disappointed given what I paid for this. Expected much better for the price. Could not get basic integrations to work properly. Everything was a struggle. Order sync failed multiple times causing fulfillment delays.

Could not be worse

Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. The system could not handle our order volume properly.
