Gave up eventually

The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Painful to use

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
