Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Patchy performance

Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. Some integrations work well, others feel bolted on. Hit or miss in that area. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
