Passable but not great

The team likes it but we have hit several frustrating limitations. Does the job but lacks the polish of more established options. Good enough for now. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Utterly disappointing

Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Nothing but headaches

The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. Support could not resolve the issues we faced. Useless. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Glad I did not pay full price

Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Really disappointed given what I paid for this. Expected much better for the price. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Do not fall for it

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times.
