Struggled constantly

The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues. Not ready for real world use in my opinion. Too many gaps and glitches to work around. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
