Right in the middle

Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing. Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Nothing but headaches

Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Lost trust in this product after multiple failures in a row. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
