The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Seems like they rushed this to market before it was ready. Avoid if you value your time. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. Does the essentials right but the extras feel rushed and unfinished. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
