Nothing but regret

Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience.

Wish I could get a refund

User management was a nightmare to configure. Nothing worked as documented. The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Had higher hopes based on the marketing. Reality did not quite match the promises. Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
