Absolutely dreadful

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Patchy performance

Irredeemably bad

Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. Support could not resolve the issues we faced. Useless. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
