Gave up eventually

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. Really disappointed given what I paid for this. Expected much better for the price. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Sad excuse for a product

Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down.

Grossly oversold

Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
