Deeply unhappy

Incredibly frustrating

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience.

Works without drama

Found it easy to navigate and the key features were right where I needed them. Gets regular updates that actually improve things. Nice to see. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.
