Completely inadequate

Could not get basic integrations to work properly. Everything was a struggle. Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Does what is asked

Some frustrations along the way but ultimately got where I needed. Just about worth it. Feels like a beta product sometimes. But when it works, it works well enough. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Good in some ways, weak in others

I can see the potential but it is not quite there yet. Maybe after a few updates. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Maybe next version

Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable. Some features are really well done while others seem half baked. A mixed bag. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
