Fine for the price

The interface works but has room for better organization. Functional but not pretty. Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though.

Surprisingly good

Has reduced our manual workload by a lot. Team morale improved. Search functionality actually returns relevant results, which is rare. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.
