Wish I had read the reviews

Could not get basic integrations to work properly. Everything was a struggle. The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Support could not resolve a basic config issue for days.

Clean, fast and reliable so far. Hard to ask for more really. Support team helped us migrate smoothly over a weekend.

Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow. Performance is generally good but we had a couple of short outages.

Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. Support is knowledgeable but response time varies a lot.
