Room for improvement

Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

About what I expected

Pure frustration

The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience.
