Wish I never signed up

I rarely leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. Too many problems to count. Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Worst purchase this year

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
