Not quite there yet

Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. A few too many hiccups for my liking. But I have definitely seen worse. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Unreliable junk

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
