Has strengths and weaknesses

Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing.

Solid all around

Got this for our small team and it fits like a glove. Everyone seems happy with it. Feature updates have been consistent since we signed up. Keeps getting better. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.

Okay for what it is

The documentation could use some work. Had to figure some things out myself. Took way longer than expected but got there in the end. Mixed feelings. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
