Gets points for effort

Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Just about acceptable

The first week was rough but it has been okay since. Still on the fence about recommending it. Some integrations work well, others feel bolted on. Hit or miss in that area. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
