Underwhelmed if honest

The interface works but has room for better organization. Functional but not pretty. The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Things that should be simple took way too much effort. Very frustrating overall. Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
