Sad excuse for a product

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

A step up from competitors

Setup was faster than I expected for something like this. Simple interface that did not need a manual. Exactly what I was looking for. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.
