Passable but not great

Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

The learning curve was steeper than I would have liked. Gets better after that. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Money pit alert

The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Just terrible

Not ready for real world use in my opinion. Too many gaps and glitches to work around. User management was a nightmare to configure. Nothing worked as documented. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
