Impressive for the price point

The reporting export options are comprehensive. Covers all bases. Customization options were better than I anticipated for this price point. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Works but feels cheap

Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.
