Bare bones works

Review management works but the automation could be smarter. Decent starting point. Some integrations work well, others feel bolted on. Hit or miss in that area.

I rarely leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. Too many problems to count. The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues.

Things that should be simple took way too much effort. Very frustrating overall. Everything broke within the first hour. Unacceptable quality. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
