Not even close to ready

The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. Waste of time honestly. Would not wish this frustration on anyone.

Avoid at all costs

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Order sync failed multiple times causing fulfillment delays.

Quality product all round

Did not run into any major issues during setup or daily use. That is a win in my book. The workflow automation saved us a good chunk of time on repetitive tasks. Inventory syncing saved us from overselling issues.
