Appalling experience

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Just terrible

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Unacceptable all round

Waste of time honestly. Would not wish this frustration on anyone. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly.
