Not worth the download

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Not quite there yet

Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing. Some real highlights but also some low points. Balanced experience. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
