Good enough for our needs

Simple interface that did not need a manual. Exactly what I was looking for. Deployment was straightforward and our team adapted quickly. So far the experience has been positive. Orders flow through smoothly without manual work.

Hit or miss for sure

Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing. Some parts are great, others feel unfinished. An average experience overall. Integration with our store had a few hiccups.
