Just awful honestly

Everything broke within the first hour. Unacceptable quality. Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Smooth implementation

Did not run into any major issues during setup or daily use. That is a win in my book. Our support tickets were resolved same day each time. Impressive. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.
