Should be avoided

Could not be worse

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Not even close to ready

Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration.

Abject failure

Lost trust in this product after multiple failures in a row. Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
