Unacceptable all round

Absolute nightmare to set up. Nothing worked as documented. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. The documentation could use some work. Had to figure some things out myself.
