Completely let down

The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices. Absolute nightmare to set up. Nothing worked as documented. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Disappointing to be honest

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Too many issues to ignore unfortunately. Really wanted this to work but it just did not.
