Needs a complete overhaul

Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. Dispute resolution was biased and unhelpful.

Better options exist

A few too many hiccups for my liking. But I have definitely seen worse. Freelancer quality varies a lot, some were great, some not.

Nightmare to cancel

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. Dispute resolution was biased and unhelpful.
